I was Chairman of the RSCDS for two years, Convenor of the RSCDS Education & Training Committee for three years and currently serve on several RSCDS working groups. I headed the three-person editing panel for the 3rd edition of the RSCDS Manual and compiled and edited the St Andrews Collection of Step dances. I have extensive experience of tutoring examination candidates, teaching at residential schools and leading day schools and workshops both in the UK and abroad. My main interest these days is in Teacher/Instructor training and development.
